The current situation is that when I turn off the network filter I can browse the web, but as soon as I turn the filter back on, all web browsing is blocked. I tried restoring the rule set again from the known good backup, but it's still blocking.

How should I troubleshoot the problem? ThanksIn order to perform its duty, Little Snitch needs to add components to a very low level of the operating system, which also need to be registered and unregistered with the system. It is therefore not sufficient to just remove all of Little Snitch’s application bundles. Instead, Little Snitch Uninstaller must be run.
